Melanie and Joel wanted to do something different and get married in the wintertime. When I first met with them, I was so excited about the prospect of snow covered trees and maybe even a snowstorm on the wedding day. But it was the strangest winter any of us have ever seen and we didn’t quite get the look we were all hoping for. HOWEVER. It did not matter. Nothing could’ve made this wedding more special. Every detail was so perfectly thought out and contributed to the beauty of the day. Not to mention the glow of these two high school sweethearts. It is my absolute favourite thing when I see couple who are inseparable on their wedding day and that was definitely Melanie and Joel. And then a guest appearance from their dog Myles, what could possibly top that? What I witnessed with Melanie and Joel is the truest of love that will certainly last a lifetime. Thank you so much for having me capture these memories! Your wedding is one for the books.
